how does a potential client recognize themselves in your website and tell that you can help them?

how am I guerrilla counseling with the site, is it aimed toward that?

ask other people what they say or would say about me.

the silence beneath thought statement will not have meaning for most people. might want to say why it is important.

the greatest act of strength statement might be really scary and off-putting to read for someone who is already at their edges and looking for help.

sense the energy of things is very abstract, something some people will think they know what it means but they won't necessarily know what you mean by it.

Anna:

including your own process, experience, vulnerability, fallibility may reduce the instances of people not believing that you're for real on first contact.

my experience of you is of somebody who is really interested in big vision. you want to take it where it's totally possible and where it can fully go. you see what's possible for a community of people and you have an idea of where it can go and you're willing to show up and be dedicated to try to take it there and if it's not wanting to go there you're okay with that.

you know how to be comfortable taking up space being loving.

when you just stated your core counseling concern (how to be in full power without harm or loss of connection)

Carla:

"What I know about you from observation is that you really know how to love people well.  You hold people with this unconditional positive regard.

People experience you as being very tapped in to energy and their energy.

You are very smart and very intellectual but you lead with a heart forward presence.  Which for some people is very comforting.  For my experience I was kind of thrown off by it.

You think really well about other people's leadership.  I sense that you have a lot of experience in leadership positions and in leadership development and you understand what people's leadership potential is and how to bring that out in them."
